Real-time Notifications (WebSocket) Gerçek Zamanlı Bildirimler

The call.ringing webhook is a server-to-server POST and is ideal for background integrations. If you are building a LIVE interface (contact-centre screen, screen-pop), use this socket.io connection — you get instant status updates on every inbound and outbound call on your extension.

Endpoint: wss://yourdomain.com (path /socket.io), query parameters apiKey and extension (your own extension WITHOUT the tenant prefix, e.g. 1000). Event to listen to: extension_status → { extension, status: "RINGING"|"TALKING"|"IDLE", peer, direction, timestamp }. While status is RINGING, peer is the caller’s number — that is the right moment for a screen-pop. This apiKey is DIFFERENT from the General API key above — get it from the CTI Integration page of your tenant panel.
